Our Partnerships
Family Partnership
At HomeSTEM Academy, we believe education works best when schools and families work together. Parents are not expected to replace teachers. Instead, each student has a designated Learning Coach, typically a parent or guardian, who serves as the primary support person at home.
Our teachers provide instruction, assignments, feedback, and academic guidance. Learning Coaches help students stay organized, maintain routines, communicate with teachers, and stay engaged in their learning.
Learning Coach Responsibilities
- Support daily learning routines
- Monitor assignment completion
- Communicate with teachers when needed
- Encourage student accountability and independence
- Participate in family conferences and school communications
One Learning Coach Requirement
To ensure consistent communication and support, each student must have one designated Learning Coach who serves as the primary point of contact for the school.
Our Partnership Promise
We believe student success happens when educators, families, and communities work together. Through strong communication, shared expectations, and meaningful collaboration, we create a learning environment where students are known, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.
